On-Site Access
Most of the records held by the Augsburg City Archives are available only in their original, analogue form. As a result, archival materials must be consulted in the Archives’ Reading Room. To do so, the records you wish to view must first be identified through the online catalogue and then requested in advance. You will be notified once the requested materials are available for consultation. If you visit the Reading Room before receiving this notification, some or all of the requested records may not yet be available. The procedure is outlined below. By clicking on an image, you can access further information about each step of the process.
